Ashdown Artists Winter F E S T I V A L

6th & 7th December 2014

Peter Griffits Hall, Lewes Rd, Forest Row, East Sussex RH18 5ES

Ashdown Arts warmly invite you to a very special Winter Festival full of art, crafts, a selection of fine drinks and Tapas delights and buskers all under one roof.

Ashdown Arts are a group artists of all persuasions who meet, enjoy the fertile and friendly ground, share ideas and creations and get advice and inspiration.

The Winter Arts Festival follows the success of our Open Art Exhibition at the recent Forest Row Festival, where artists of all ages helped us showcase and celebrate the creativity of our local folk. Ashdown Arts is once again presenting exhibits by Painters and Artisans producing high class work. We all want you to enjoy our individual ways of showing our skills – if you visited us at the festival in September, you’ll know how special the atmosphere can be…

We’ll be adding a bit of sparkle to the show with a fabulous ‘Festive Bar’, serving top quality mulled wine, mulled cider, ales, beer and champagne, complemented by Tapas delicacies.

Not only that – visitors can sample the ‘taster’ art or craft workshops that will run during the weekend (for a programme visit our website http://www.ashdownarts.co.uk/news/).

And that’s not all! There will also be buskers in and around the hall during the weekend (if you would like to offer your musical talents, then do get in touch with us via http://www.ashdownarts.co.uk/contact/)

We hope that the art, food, drinks, music and activities at the Winter Festival will spice up your festive period (and help you with your Christmas shopping!)

We look forward to welcoming you there, any time during the entire weekend.
*Ashdown Arts is Forest Row’s community art group which is open to all artists and artisans of any ability and from any discipline.
